Also another skill from youtube-Lightning effect! Select gradient then pick black and white colour. Gradient the pic, like below.
Then go 2 filter>render>dif clouds. Select image>adjusment>invert. Then again image>adjusment>level. In the level box select the middle arrow(grey one) and pull it to the end of the right. Then, select the left arrow(black) to right a little bit about 65. Press ok. Again image>adjusment>hue/saturations. Click on colorize then select hue and pull it 2 the colour u like. And a lighting complete. If u want 2 put tis in ur pic go 2 ur right hand side, the layer box and select mode and change it 2 screen and is done.
