Learn it from youtube. The flame planet. To do it first click elliptical marquee tool, then do a circle. Fill it with white(background colour black), go 2 filter>render>dif cloud. Do tis step a few times until u tink is ok.Go filter>distort>spherize. Press ok(Must be 100%). Then select inverse go 2 filter>bur>radial bur.Do tis step 3 times or until u tinks it looks good. Deselect it and slect gradient tools. Use red, orrange or yellow(at least 2 colour). Change mode 2 color(for me i use color mode) then gradient it until its ok. Then u can use smudge tool 2 smudge the side of the circle(i didnt use it cause i tinks it doesnt look good u can use if u want). And the last step add lens effect(filter>render>lens flare)u canskip tis step if u want. And is complete!! Easy ya!
